How to Order U-TREASURE Products

We offer two ways to order U-TREASURE products.
1) Use a proxy purchasing service via U-TREASURE Online Shop (tax free unavailable).
2) Visit the U-TREASURE store (tax free available for the certain conditions).

1) Use a proxy purchasing service via U-TREASURE Online Shop.

Currently we are introducing a proxy purchasing service that offers purchase guidance in English or Chinese language for the convenience of overseas customers. (*Items subject to purchase are limited. By accessing the corresponding product page, the company's services will be displayed.) The services are provided by a third party, zig-zag,Inc.(WorldShopping) Please note the following:

  • Except for some areas, overseas delivery is available. (EU member states, UK, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway cannot be delivered)
  • Customers will pay the service fee and the other fees to and will deal with the company in accordance with its terms of service.
  • Shipping and delivery methods will be determined by the company; it is different from ours.
  • You cannot use U-TREASURE Online Shop membership points nor receive it.
  • Use and grant of U-TREASURE membership points is not eligible.
  • It is not eligible for tax-free export (it will be purchased at tax-included price).

2) Visit the U-TREASURE store.

  • U-TREASURE Concept Store Ikebukuro in Tokyo

Although the number and kind of product stocks is limited, some products are available for purchase at the U-TREASURE store as ready-made. Yet, please kindly note that many of our products are “made-to-order”; therefore, it will take certain time to prepare the product after ordering. (Some products may be prepared within a couple of days, but some products may require several months.) If you are interested in purchasing our products at our store in Tokyo or would like to request us to deliver to a temporally staying address in Japan, we strongly recommend that you would contact us well in advance for stock availability from the inquiry form.
*Please kindly note that use and grant of U-TREASURE membership points is not eligible.
*We may use a translation tool when serving customers at the store.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Returns and Cancellation

  • For the order via the proxy purchasing service, please contact them directly at the WorldShopping customer support.
  • We accept exchanges or repairs only when faulty or wrong products are delivered and when we are informed by email within one week after the items are delivered. No other reasons except faulty or wrong products are acceptable. We email you as for how to return the products to us.
  • Regardless of product types including ready-made and custom-made, we offer repair or exchange only. We do not accept order cancellations or refunds for any items.
  • All products should be in the original condition and unused including boxes, bags and/or the other items accompanied with the item.
  • Please note that we may ask you for photos of the delivered products to confirm your request.
  • In terms of customized items such as engraving, additional gemstone option and so forth, changes in specification after order confirmation are not acceptable.

Resizing and After-Sales Service

  • For repair of U-TREASURE products, we offer a paid service at U-TREASURE stores in Japan. Please note that we DO NOT accept repair requests including resizing by overseas shipping in order to avoid loss and/or damage in transit. If you cannot visit U-TREASURE in Japan, please consult with a local jewelry store.
  • When you consider visiting one of U-TREASURE stores in Japan for repair, please do so. Yet, please kindly note:
    - You should be able to come to and pick up the item at one of our shops in Japan. Please make a reservation in advance via the inquiry form.
    - Repair requires specific time for each design. We may not be able to repair an item during your stay in Japan. Please understand and consult with store clerks for detailed information or contact us in advance from the inquiry form.
  • To avoid resizing, please choose a Japanese ring size carefully. Ring sizes vary in each country. Prior to ordering, please check the inner circumference and diameter of your ring size in your local measurement; and choose a Japanese ring size from the size chart. For accurate inner circumference and dimeter information, we strongly recommend that you would consult with a local jewelry shop.
  • Please be responsible for the size you choose. Please note that, when a large change in size is requested, we may not be able to meet your resizing request due to physical and/or technical reasons.
